In 1982, Nancy G. Brinker promised her dying sister, Susan G. Komen, that she would do everything in her power to end breast cancer forever. The promise became Susan G. Komen for the Cure and launched the global breast cancer movement. Kids for the Cure

We are pleased to announce the 1st annual Kids for the Cure to coincide with the 2008 Race for the Cure in the Quad Cities. Kids can sign up on the general race participation application. They will receive a “kids” t-shirt and be permitted in the “kid zone.” Continued.
