BMW Ultimate Drive®
Did you know that you can be a part of the breast cancer movement by simply driving a new BMW vehicle?
Come to Kimberly Imports on July 16, 2008 from 10:00 am – 6:00 pm to be a part of the BMW Ultimate Drive® .
In its 12th year, this nationwide program features a 25-vehicle fleet of specially decorated BMW vehicles that take Komen’s message to the streets of America. The fleet travels around the country making approximately 230 stops. Anyone with a driver’s license is invited to test drive the vehicles, and for every mile driven, BMW is donating $1 to Susan G. Komen for the Cure. The goal is to raise $1 million. The program has donated more than $11 million to Komen since inception.
BMW can’t reach its goal of raising $1 million this year without drivers! We need you! It’s simple and fun to participate. Organize a lunch getaway with co-workers and spend your daily break in a brand new BMW vehicle! This year, a long with an extended product selection and more convertibles then every, the X6 5.0 will be previewed before its worldwide release. If that’s not enough incentive, come out to support your “Local Hero,” a community resident who will be honored for his or her outstanding personal effort in the fight against breast cancer.
Interested in more than a quick test drive? We would love your help as an event day volunteer or as a transport driver to move the fleet of BMW vehicles from the local BMW Center to the next event site. For more information on helping out at the event, please contact Cyndi.
Onsite at the event, BMW will be providing its pink Ribbon Collection of lifestyle items benefiting Komen for the Cure. The Collection includes BMW Ultimate Drive® apparel and accessories, and 80% of the sales price of each item goes to Komen. Outside of the BMW Ultimate Drive® , the Pink Ribbon Collection is sold year-round at select BMW centers nationwide and at www.bmw-online.com.
